What is Crop PDF?
Crop PDF trims a PDF down to a rectangular area you choose, removing unwanted margins or surrounding content. The page becomes smaller and anything outside the selected box is cut away.
Common uses
- Removing scan borders. Trim shadows and edges from scanned pages.
- Focusing on a section. Keep only a chart, table or drawing area.
- Tightening margins. Reduce white space for easier reading on small screens.
- Preparing assets. Cut a figure out of a page for reuse.

Tips for best results
- The same box is applied to every page, so choose a box that works for all of them.
- Preview the result to be sure nothing important was clipped.
- Rotate pages first if some are sideways.
- Keep your original; cropping is not reversible in the new file.
