1. The documents you upload

When you use a tool, your file is uploaded, validated, and processed in an isolated job. It is only ever read by the specific tool you ran — nothing scans, indexes, or analyzes your document's content for any other purpose, and it is never used to train any model.

Both your original upload and the converted result are deleted automatically once your download window ends. We don't keep copies, and there's no manual archive of processed files sitting anywhere.

2. Download links

Every result gets its own download link: a long, random, single-purpose token — not a predictable or browsable URL. It expires after a set window, after which the file behind it is already gone.

3. What we do collect

Using the core tools doesn't require an account, so there's very little to collect. What we do keep, briefly:

• Job metadata — which tool ran, when, and whether it succeeded — kept only long enough to serve your download and diagnose failures, not tied to your file's content.
• Basic request information (like IP address) used only to apply upload rate limits, so the service stays usable for everyone and isn't overwhelmed by automated abuse.
• What you send us directly — if you use the contact form, we keep your name, email, and message only to reply to you.

4. Cookies and analytics

myPDFcraft doesn't use cookies to track what you do with your documents. If site-wide analytics or ads are active, they measure page views and general usage patterns — never file content. See our Cookie policy for the full breakdown.

5. Who else sees your data

We don't sell data, and we don't share your files with third parties. Processing happens on our own infrastructure. The only outside services involved are the ones needed to keep myPDFcraft running — hosting and, if enabled, anonymous usage analytics — none of which are given access to your document content.

6. Your choices

Because there's no account and no stored file archive, there's usually nothing to request deletion of — it's already gone shortly after your download window closes. If you've contacted us directly and want that message removed, let us know and we'll delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the date above — no silent changes to how your files are treated.
