What is PDF to Excel?
PDF to Excel detects tables in a PDF and writes them into an XLSX spreadsheet. You can have one sheet per PDF page or all tables combined on a single sheet, then work with the numbers in Excel or Google Sheets.
Common uses
- Bank and account statements. Pull transaction tables into a spreadsheet for analysis.
- Reports with tables. Reuse numbers from a finished report instead of retyping.
- Invoices and price lists. Bring line items into a sheet for totals and sorting.
- Data from papers. Extract tables from research or government PDFs.
