What is Extract Pages?
Extract Pages pulls just the pages you choose out of a PDF and saves them as a new, separate PDF. The original file stays unchanged, so it is a safe way to share only the part of a document someone needs.
Common uses
- Sharing one section. Send only the pages relevant to the recipient instead of the whole file.
- Pulling forms from a bundle. Take a single form or certificate out of a combined document.
- Making a summary file. Collect key pages from a long report into a short document.
- Staying under upload limits. Extract only what a portal needs so the file is small enough to upload.
