What is Word to PDF?
Word to PDF converts a .doc or .docx file into a PDF that looks the same on every device. A PDF is the standard format for sharing a final document because it cannot be accidentally edited and does not depend on the reader having Word.
Common uses
- Submitting resumes. Send a PDF so your layout is not changed by the recruiter's device.
- Sharing contracts. Share a read-only copy for review or signing.
- Assignments and reports. Submit work in a format that always opens the same way.
- Printing. Print from PDF to avoid page-break surprises on another computer.
