What is Unlock PDF?
Unlock PDF removes the password from a PDF you already know the password for, giving you an unprotected copy that opens freely. It is not a password-cracking tool.
Common uses
- Freeing your own files. Remove a password you set so you stop retyping it.
- Processing protected files. Merge, split or convert a PDF that blocks other tools.
- Sharing internally. Pass along a copy without sharing the password.
- Archiving. Store an open copy of your own document.
