How to rotate a PDF and save it permanently

Viewers let you rotate a page on screen, but it reverts when you close the file. Rotate PDF changes the pages in the file itself, so the new orientation is saved.

Steps

Rotate the pages. Turn each page that needs it by 90, 180 or 270 degrees. Pages you do not touch stay as they were.

Each page can be rotated independently, so you can fix just the sideways ones in a mixed scan.
